"Amazing hotel in Pucon, great breakfast, best scrambled eggs on our travels. Staff were so friendly and hotel was spotless. Really quirky with lots of lovely artworks in the hotel. They should get in touch with Laundrette and bus company across the road to arrange to cut the tree down to give you unspoilt views of the volcano. Would defo stay here again."

"All of the staff at Hotel Vientos del Sur was so kind and helpful in every situation, including packing us a lunch at 5:30am when we were going to hike Volcan Viillarica. We definitely recommend it!"

"Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas."

"Ubicación privilegiada, a pasos de todo: playa, restaurantes, tiendas y Casino. Excelente ambiente, el anfitrión muy simpático y preocupado de los pasajeros, habla Francés, Inglés y obviamente castellano. El precio muy conveniente ya que los precios se eximen de IVA."

"Excellently located hotel right in the centre of Pucón. Staff are all lovely. Bathroom was perfect, with a good shower. Good breakfast and if you’re lucky (like me) your room will have a view of the volcano. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."

"This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. "

"The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. "
