SF has Union Square very nice these days- cleaned up, well-lit, couples and families there even late at night- so that all helps to make the hotel a wonderful experience. The lobby is being redone, so that will also be excellent again soon. Concierge, front desk, and bellhops were friendly and helpful. The rooms were not super exciting except for the views, but what more do you need in SF?"
