"We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. "The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning.
