"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. "A beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. Staff so welcoming and friendly, all staff approachable and helpful from dining to leisure staff. "Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"This was my second time at the hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are excellent. If I was to make one complaint, it would be that doors into the rooms are very heavy and are extremely loud when the close. I was woken twice by neighbouring rooms returning. "I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their exceptional service was truly the highlight of my stay. The amenities are fantastic! The pool was pristine and perfect for a relaxing dip, while the hot tub was an absolute treat after a long day of exploring. In summary,this hotel exceeded all my expectations with its outstanding staff, luxurious pool and hot tub, and top-notch spa services. I can't wait to return! "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hello Hotel in Manchester for 2 nights! The breakfast was absolutely delicious – super yummy and a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the fact that we could choose our breakfast between sausage rolls, porridges and few more options. There is also a restaurant next door that we haven't tried but seemed nice. The service was outstanding, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who made us feel right at home, super appreciated the fact that they allowed us a late checkin. The hotel offers free parking, which was a huge bonus. Plus, there's a bus stop just across the road that takes you straight to Manchester in about 20 minutes, making it super convenient. Our room was perfect – the bed was huge and incredibly comfy, and the whole place was spotless, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!"

Fantastic Stay at Norton Grange Hotel – Highly Rec

"We booked a one-night stay at Norton Grange Hotel while attending a friend’s birthday party nearby and opted for a privilege room at a very reasonable rate. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our stay included access to the leisure facilities and spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed – a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and even toiletries like toothbrushes and shavers, in case we had forgotten anything. Breakfast was perfect, with a buffet offering a wide variety of options. We requested poached eggs, which the staff happily prepared fresh for us. The checkout time of 12 PM gave us a little extra time to enjoy the spa before leaving – the perfect way to end our stay. I only wish we had more time to make the most of it, but unfortunately, we had to rush back for my son’s football match. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend Norton Grange Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! "

Well worth the stay

"My stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and willing to help whenever asked. My daughter is in hospital in North Manchester General so i didnt actually spend much time at the hotel, however breakfast and evening meal consumed, the sea bass and king prawn linguine was amazing tho it did need seasoning, breakfast was ok, though i like my black pudding sliced thicker that way its crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle allowing you to actually taste it. Servers very friendly and polite and took comments back to the chef. My daughter is up here for a while so will be a weekly 3 nightly stop for me"
