"A lovely clean fresh room. The Pub is a beautiful quaint typical English pub with beams in the ceilings and hops hung up everywhere. The room (accessed by outside paths - but every room has an umbrella for use). Room has everything you need. "My stay at the kings Head was largely very satisfactory. You will no doubt be aware that the Inn is in need of serious renovation and has been for a number of years. The food was excellent at all times both for Breakfast and the evening meals that I had over a 2 night stay. Possibly one of the best pies I've ever tasted. The Abbott Reserve Ale on offer was a very welcome bonus at £3.00 a pint. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel very welcome to be staying....
