"This hotel is in very good condition (could be excellent) with a adjustments like add some extra food options for the 24 hr service and a lick of paint here and there, the staff are excellent and work very hard their friendliness and customer service is better than alot of 4* or 5* I've been too. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable best night sleep we had in a while staying at a hotel, having access the the controls on the radiator was brilliant. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion was up there with the best. The best part for us was being able to use the pool, sauna & steam room and gym and also the buffet breakfast was amazing plenty of options and food was good. Being able to check out at 12 was great, most hotels are 10 or 11am. We will definitely be back."

"Even though the hotel was understaffed with a delay in getting our rooms, and difficulty accessing the parking, the hotel staff were really helpful in trying to compensate for the shortcomings. "

"Excellent staff, clean rooms and a great free breakfast. A close walk to the Excel London Conference Centre where I walked to every day. Two minor issues: the doors were pretty thin and sound travelled through from the hallway. The noise did not bother us but we were concerned about making noise that would spread to the hallway. Also, the pillows were not especially comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely consider staying again if I'm back at the Excel for a conference"

"We chose this hotel to attend O2 arena. Great location, plenty of food spots available. Hotel offers cheaper tickets for cable cars to travel to O2 arena. Very eco friendly. Super unique, it sits on the river! Clever use of limited space. Perfect for our 1 night getaway! "
