"Very clean and quiet. The bartender was also seating people and taking their dinner orders. She was friendly and professional. The entire staff also were professional and friendly. We attended the Jeff Dunham show and had 10 minutes to Blue Cross Arena. Parking was free and in garage. "

"The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They offer mini food services and an early breakfast option. The beds have pillow top, but are quite firm. There is a single coin-op washer and dryer; bring soap. Workout room is two treadmills with TV. Pool was very busy every day with kids, although the water was green/murky. Highly recommend Silo restaurant within walking distance, the food there is outstanding making this hotel a great location to food options."

I might return to Rochester just for the hotel!

"The hotel location was perfect, just a 6-8 min walk from the venue I went to. This is easily the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. My room was a corner room on the second floor that had an outdoor area with table and chairs. It would have been a great place to hang out with friend if the temperatures were at least 30 deg warmer. The room was very large and modern. Also, this is the only Hampton I have stayed in that offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is also the first one to have a pool, sit down restaurant, and bar. Another unique feature was the room and restaurant areas had numerous plugs and usb ports to charge a device or laptop. I might return to Rochester just for the hotel experience. "

Charming 2-bedroom condo with AC and WiFi in Rochester

Almost excellent

"As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). At one point in a text string I received "I don't know what to tell you, several other guests have had no problem" - which was not helpful at all. It turned out that the default name and password were listed on the back of the router and we were able to log in with those credentials.The space initially appeared very clean and inviting, until we came across the long black hairs on the floor and in the shower stall in the master bathroom. Ugh.If the above issues are addressed, the rental is really quite nice. Great walkable location, garage parking in the city, comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet at night. The potential to be an excellent VRBO choice is there."

"The property has been restored and nicely divided into units. It was very clean; had a complete kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The furniture was just what was needed and chosen to be coordinated. The bed was comfortable and the linens adequate. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend it"

Luxurious Studio-Heart Of East Avenue-WalkDowntown

Right in the heart of the Neighborhood of the Arts

"Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area of Rochester and would be glad to return. We arrived and found the apartment was immaculately clean with a very contemporary flair in furnishing and décor. The bed and linens were fresh and comfortable. The unit has a full galley kitchen but we only used it for drinks since we took advantage of having off-street parking available and being just a few minutes’ drive to Jines Restaurant on Park Street for breakfast each morning. "
