"We stayed for two nights in this small but lovely shepherd’s hut. It was kitted out well for 4 guests (but I think it would be very tight for four adults) and it was clean and very comfortable. It has a lovely private outside space and was very quiet. Good place to access the delights of Whitstable. "

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."

"I really liked the bedrooms and the size of the property for 9 of us was perfect... The location and driveway were so convenient, litterally across the road from all the amenities. The property isn't perfect.... The bathroom and downstairs showeroom are very poorly finished and as a consequence have exposed wall, sub flooring and chipboard. There is also a substantial problem with mold in the showroom as there is no extractor (though weirdly a hole has been cut in the tiles to accommodate...

"My family and I recently stayed at this townhouse and had an overall pleasant experience. The communication with our host was excellent—clear, and timely. The property was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that some areas of the house appeared a bit worn, it is on a fast road, and the single bed seemed slender compared to the beds at home. Despite this, it did not significantly detract from our stay, and we were able to enjoy our time together in...
