"River walk along the hotel Restaurant good, but only breakfast & brunch, so may want to dine elsewhere for lunch and dinner you could dine outside next to river. Kids pool large and 2' to 4', but good for parents or older kids to cool off. Adult pool being refurbished with infinity and salt water pool, which will be something to look forward to. Small business rooms and celebrations along with ballrooms seemed occupied on Sat. Walk to convention center."

"One of the best hotels we stayed in Banff. Highly recommended. The room has the vibe of Japanese minimalism, beautifully designed, very functional and clean. Hot tub was cozy and had a view. Staff service was very helpful giving us utensils and refills of oat milk and tea."

"The property was simple and spacious, they provided the basics, and walkable to downtown. Some staff were friendlier than others. Would have liked for there to have more hangers available in the closet, hooks in the bathroom, and more than 2 face towels. We also had to request for an ice bucket and our room to be serviced (on day 4), as we were staying for 8 days. Overall, great spot, would come back and would recommend."
