"The staff constantly went above and beyond. Everyone was so nice, the room was kept spotless and was fun to return to each day. The pool staff was very attentive, the drinks were great. The restaurant staff became like friends and welcomed us every day. The view was always amazing. We literally walked right up to the pyramids from the hotel and got to completely avoid any driving mess. The staff at the spa were great. So sad to have to leave. Thanks for a great trip"

"The hotel is so convenient for air travelers. The grounds are spacious and common areas are well laid out. The staff and associates were gracious, friendly and helpful. I would recommend to those who are okay nearer New Cairo rather than city center or Giza. "

"Staff was excellent and very helpful. Fixed any issues right away. They took care of us like family. Food was excellent. Location unbeatable! Right in front of the pyramids. What more can one ask for. Breakfast in front of the pyramids. Watch sunset from the rooftop restaurant. Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "

"There are multiple Hilton properties in Cairo. Ours was located in Garden City that was convenient to the downtown area with a wonderful view of the Nile. The door staff were very friendly and the security in place made us feel secure. Rooms were very clean with nice amenities available. "

"We were so impressed by the service. The staff never says no to any request. Our daughter was not well, and they sent a doctor immediately. We had some problem with smoke in our room, they immediately sent an air purifier. The concierge gave excellent recommendation for a rooftop bar and restaurant. The restaurant’s in the hotel are also very good. We ate at the Asian and the Italian restaurant and had a very good experience. "
