"This lake cottage is cute, cozy and quiet! The home had everything you’d need. The kayaks were a great activity on a very still lake, the wildlife was beautiful to watch and the sunset was spectacular. The only thing I did not know before booking was that there weren’t many options for getting beer or wine within 20 miles or so, and no restaurants near by either. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage with views of the Lake. Perfect place for morning coffee overlooking a beautiful lake with ducks, Canadian geese, and one white swan. But the highlight was right before dusk we witnessed a Doe with her two little fawn making their way across the back of lot going up the hill! Love everything! Nina & Garrett"

"We had a great stay at the lake house. We visited Petit Jean state park while staying there. It was an easy 30 minute drive. The zip line was fun for all of us. The sunset views from the living room and deck were beautiful. The house is very well stocked. The beds were comfy and the dock at the lake is very nice. My son enjoyed fishing so much that we never had time to go kayaking! We would definitely stay here again."

"The property had several issues which you will of mice droppings in the bed I and my husband slept in and issues with running water that prevented showering and drinking. The mice droppings were also upstairs in the kitchen counters. By the third day the basement area started to smell of dead mice.
