"Paulina at the front desk was so helpful. We were spending way too much money on Ubers to get around and she took time out of her busy day to help me figure out the public transport system, which we ended up using the last 4 days of our stay. She was so helpful it made our stay even more pleasurable knowing people like her worked there. The guest laundry was a bonus too - we came back home to NZ with no dirty laundry "

"My room was towards the south end of the hotel and their is a dog obedient academy located adjacent fromthe hotel, so all day I heard dogs barking.I called to request a early check-in and I was told my reservation was noted and to show up at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm and was told "No rooms are cleaned yet" and to wait for a text, if no text is received just return at 4pm. I drove over 100 miles to attend an event that started at 4pm.
