The hotel is ideally located from the Termini Train Station and within walking distance of many restaurants, a cathedral and bus stops for the Hop-On-Hop-Off. The 2-rooms suite assigned to us was comfortable with a 2-sink bathroom. The only negative is that the A/C never went below 27C / 80.6F. Way too hot to comfortably sleep. We brought this issue to the front desk and someone came up immediately to show us how to set it up. We did but the temperature never varied. Rooftop restaurant is quaint but beware of the wasps.

Good location near central railway so easy from airport to Rome and 3min walk to hotel, walkable to colosseum, we even walked back from the trevi fountain 29 mins, but hop on /off buses useful. Only gripe really was shower leaked from corner all across bathroom floor. Staff really friendly

There is not a laundry room for individuals to use. The air conditioner was hit or miss my room was fine, my children’s room was hot. The staff were nice. The morning breakfast was fantastic. Location was ok, some nice restaurants close by and walkable to a main strip but no morning cafes were close by

I stayed one night in a single room. The room was very comfy. The staff were super helpful checking in and out. The property was less than a 10 minute walk to the metro, which was convenient for getting to the airport once I checked out. It’s not in what I consider a very touristy part of the city, so it was quieter.

BEWARE THE AC. Unfortunately, the room we were given in this 4 star hotel had only a resemblance of a/c ( beware room 113). The average night temp was btw 26.5c and 28c. (79.7 F to 82.4F. impossible to sleep comfortably.,) Unacceptable. We have stayed in2star hotels with excellent a,/c. Not this one. We wont go back.

I was supposed to stay at the Diana but was sent down the road to the hotel Torino due to “air conditioning issues”. The hotel Torino was disgusting and unsafe. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in and would not close properly. I was given a diiferent room but it was not much better. I went back to the Diana and told the staff I was a woman travelling alone and felt unsafe. They were unwilling to do anything or give me a refund. I refused to stay there because I felt unsafe. Diana is still refusing to give me a refund even after Expedia support contacted them. This place is a scam. If they can not honour their reservations they should not be on Expedia. I booked the Diana because of the good reviews. The Torino has bad reviews and is not near the same standard as the Diana.

Hotel was nice, ac was awesome. Breakfast was fabulous. Rooftop bar was nice for shade..service staff were slow and most seemed grumpy. But its crazy hot to be working day and night. Would stay again. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

In general staff was not pleasant. There were 2 staff members that weren't rude. As a travel agent I would not book clients at this hotel which is unfortunate because the location is perfect.

If you are looking for a place to drop your bags and sleep while you are in Rome, this hotel is a great option. The room we stayed in was very tiny - suitable for one person and/or a small couple. I would suggest upgrading if possible. Additionally, the shower was small and the water temperature was not regulated (hot and then suddenly cold) Overall the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The complementary breakfast was also average with several options such as eggs, sausage, assortments of pastries and cereals. A coffee machine as well. Again this hotel is a good basic option.
