"I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by "

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. The management was very responsive and helpful and happened to have someone there when we checked in that helped us with the bags and showed us around the flat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The location was wonderful and the property was adorable. We loved the room, which had an upstairs and a downstairs. My friend slept in the bed upstairs, and I slept in the pullout bed downstairs, which was very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again!"

"Lovely little apartment with all the amenities one could want. A little noisy but possibly just because I’m used to somewhere so quiet. Would have helped to have floor or room numbers on the doors off the stairway to make finding the room more obvious. "

"Even though the building is not new, the 2 bedroom apartment that we had was quite well mantained. The only downside was the AC that didn't seem to work properly on our second night. The area around is not the greatest that London can offer and the building is a tad far from the city centre."

"The flat is small and basic but a good value for the price. The location is excellent for a base in Marylebone Village. The lack of power outlets is problematic if you want to charge your phone or style your hair. And it would have been nice to be provided washcloths. "

"There are stairs that you have to navigate, however, there is a lift (elevator) for luggage and going up n down if you are slightly limited. Overall, the staff was WONDERFUL, ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. Senket was so helpful, my mom and i truly appreciated his help!"

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "
