Family holiday
The location, size, facilities and accuracy were all amazing. The kids loved the pool with the slide, hard to get them out of the water ! Owner was on hand whenever we needed anything. GREAT !

Great holiday!
We stayed here with our family for a special holiday and we have had the best time. There was 14 of us. The kids (aged range 7-2) lived in the pool - it was perfect as there is a small shallow pool within the lovely large pool that they could swim about it. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The area is just beautiful and close to Pisa and the beach. Our hosts were just lovely, on hand for help. advice and were so kind and friendly. We have loved our stay and were sad to leave after a perfect week. Thank you ❤️

Wonderful property
We had a fantastic stay at this property with a very mixed age group. Wonderful facilities amazing pool. Astroturf for football/tennis a great hit, the bar and cinema was much appreciated. Hosts were very friendly and a great help If needed couldn’t do enough, they arranged a pizza making course at the villa which was great. The only thing we would have liked is more and better pillows but that’s just us ! Thank You All

Great family vacation
There were 17 of us in our family and we had a wonderful time in this house. The patio was wonderful but the furniture was a bit uncomfortable but we spent most of our time outside as the temperature was very warm. We had a couple of minor issues with the house but they were handled immediately and professionally. The location was great as it was easy to get to several cities and beaches quickly. The biggest hit of the house was the beautiful pool.

Fantastic stay in beautiful grounds
Beautiful villa, fantastic pool and outdoor facilities. Hosted by Tiziana who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Caretaker on site kept grounds lovely and always spoke to us. Pool furniture is abundant, there's a covered shaded area with fridge to keep drinks cold. The pool is wonderful, children's area with a little slide into the water, Roman steps at the shallow end for easy entry/exit for older party members! Easily enough loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The tennis court/football field is very well kept, we used it early morning/late evening as it was too hot to play during the day. Small children's play area in the grounds. Pool table is oversized and has very tight pockets! Lots of interesting memorabilia downstairs where the pool and poker tables are situated, the room has Aircon and two fridges which was great. Not all bedrooms have Aircon, some just have fans and it's hot! Towels are provided for personal and pool use. A linen change between weeks is an additional cost of 140 euro. WiFi good is some parts of the house . Kitchen lacks only a pair of scissors, everything else you need is there. Water is heavily mineralised so bath with spa jets is not great but showers work well. Close to lots of restaurants - too many to mention, ate at different ones every night of our two week stay, advise booking as most are very busy. Be careful if TripAdvisor state they cater for vegetarians as not all do - check when you ring to book, most places have staff who speak some English and are really friendly and helpful, we had really funny conversations with some staff who didn't speak English but tried to mime to explain menu's 😂. Service can be slow - just go with it! Within less than a twenty minute drive there are lots of hillside towns/villages to stop and enjoy the coffee and pastries they serve and for those interested in architecture some beautiful old buildings. Pisa and Florence are easily reached, Rome quite a bit further so go early and make a day of it. There is a beautiful white sandy beach just a short drive from the villa but no shade and gets very hot so take your own brollies or pay over the odds from one of the guys who sell them from stalls near the car parks. Local aquapark is worth a visit. Only negative was small snakes that found their way into the house. Would we return -absolutely! Tiziana is fantastic and made our stay memorable, her limited English and my Iimited Italian made conversation great fun!!

Impressions of Tenuto Vallegaia
The house and the grounds are beautiful and spacious. We were a family of 10 adults and 9 children and there was enough to do on the property for everyone. From tennis, ping pong and pool to swimming, barbecuing and having meals on the terrace we had a great experience. Tiziana and Jacopo were extremely responsive to them few little problems we encountered and resolved those quickly. We would likely stay here again. The property is quite remote .

Family of 15 for two weeks
As a family of 15, 7 adults and 8 children, we enjoyed a very nice and relaxing vacation for two weeks. First it must be said that the whole outdoor area is fantastic, absolutely top notch, and it is hard to think of finding better. The pool is big with a large area around it for sunbeds, the football/tennis court is in good shape and there are very nice areas for relaxing both outside of the house and in a gazebo next to the pool area. In the seating area outside the house there are sofas and tables to accommodate all who are staying there for dinner. The house is very nice, accommodating us all easily. Compared to how big the house is the kitchen is small but that never really bothered us and then there is a cooking area outside with a grill, making it easy to fix the food without being isolated from the group. In the house there is also good room for entertainment. The hosts were also very nice and helpful, reacting fast to all questions both before we arrived and during the stay. So, if we had such a nice stay and the house and area is so great, why just 2 stars overall? First the small things. For example, the coffee machine and the kitchen knives were basically unusable so we ended up purchasing our own. The movie room had no streaming option, only a DVD player and some old DVDs and the Wi-Fi had bad or no reception in 5 bedrooms. These however i dont think are so big and since it is not possible to give half stars I probably would have given 5 stars if not for our experience after the stay. Second and more serious, when booking we are required to put a security deposit for eventual damages, something completely normal. After the stay however we only got a fraction of it back as the owner claims we broke the main gate out of the compound, this based on an estimate from the repair firm. This gate was always a problem during the stay and stopped working completely in week two. It may well be that someone broke it but I am 100% sure it was not us and no matter how adamant we have been trying to explain we did not brake the gate, they have chosen to keep the money. This makes so that at least we would not be able to trust them again. So if you are considering this estate I can absolutely recommend it. Just make sure that you document everything before and after your stay so that they can not claim some dubious damage after you leave.

Easiest holiday ever in the most beautiful surroundings.
From start to finish our whole trip was made absolutely perfect and easy all because of Tiziana, the host. We were a group of 18 girls away for the weekend and Tiziana was able to plan our whole trip for us before we even got there. Her friendly husband Jacamo collected us from Pisa and brought us to Vallegaia, where TIziana had already done the shopping for us so the fridge was stocked! The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and is the perfect space for large groups. If the weather had been better we would have used the pool but instead we sat outside whenever the weather allowed. Tiziana also arranged catering for two nights, wonderful food, pizzas one evening and a three course meal the next evening. We had wonderful local wine she had sourced for us which we soon finished. We spent an afternoon visiting Bolgheri and having a wine tasting that Tiziana arranged at very good value for money, including transfers. It is a charming hilltop town with wonderful views. Another we did a very long walk to Vada a very small sleepy village but a lovely coffee shop. Vallegaia is an incredible property set in scenic beautiful grounds, surrounded by Olive Groves. It was the easiest trip and it was because of Tiziana, she was so easy to contact and responsive at all times for any issue, made the whole holiday a breeze! Grazie Tiziana and Jacamo! Definitely will visit Tuscany again.

Ideal für große Family & Friends Gruppen - Erholung und Spaß garantiert
Unser Aufenthalt in der Toskana war einfach traumhaft! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Erwachsenen und 9 Kindern und fühlten uns im großen und urigen Haus sofort wohl. Die Gastgeberin Tiziana war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für alle, und wir haben besonders den Tennisplatz und den riesigen Pool genossen. Zwei Kinoabende waren ein Highlight, vor allem für die Kinder. Der Grill und der Pizzasteinofen wurden oft genutzt und trugen zu unserer großartigen Zeit bei. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und typisch toskanisch, wir haben es geliebt, morgens eine Runde bis zum Strand zu laufen. Auch kulinarisch kamen wir auf unsere Kosten: In den nahegelegenen Restaurants und Agriturismi haben wir dank Tizianas Hilfe immer einen Platz für unsere große Gruppe bekommen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaubsort für große Gruppen, die Erholung und Spaß suchen!

Vi havde en super dejlig ferie. Skøn bolig, alle nød godt af både pool og tennisbane. God kontant og kommunikation med vært og meget behjælpelig. God plads til vores familie på 20. beautiful large property with everything you need
We were a group of 6 families and had a wonderful holiday. The property offers a lot of leisure activities and is very spacious. The landlady is always available and very accommodating, we could even order pizza from her and she brought it to our house. Everything is very clean and we had a really nice time. The only comment is the coffee machine, which we brought ourselves as there is only one machine for 2 cups in the kitchen (we read this in an older review and were prepared). You have absolute privacy and there is a lot on offer. We would love to come back.

Un agréable sejour dans la campagne Toscane
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis avec des enfants en bas âge (2 à 5ans). La villa est bien situé pour profiter de la toscane (pise et Volterra à 45min). Tiziana est une hôte très agréable, se rendant facilement disponible et aidante. La villa permet de loger confortablement plusieurs famille avec une zone de jeux sécurisée très agréable (tennis et pisicne). Possibilité d'avoir un bon service de traiteur à la maison

Tiziana - uns bisher unbekannt - hat uns sehr herzlicher empfangen, ist sehr hilfsbereit und sorgt sich um das Wohl ihrer Feriengäste. Haus, Pool und Umgebung Weden sehr gut unterhalten und sind ein Wohlfühloase. Pisa (1 Autostunde) und Giardino dei Tarocchi (2 Autostunden) sind absolute Highlights, das „Bergdorf“ Rosignano und Küstenort Cecina Mare charmant und typisch italienisch. Alles in allem erinnerungswürdige Ferientage.

Perfekt für große Familien oder Gruppe
Wir waren mit 5 Familien (10 Erwachsene/ 10 Kinder) für 9 Nächte da. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Garten riesig mit einem Spieldorf und Fußball/Tennisplatz. Die Küche ist geräumig, alles an Gläser und Geschirr vorhanden und mit den beiden großen Kühlschränken sehr gut bestückt. Mit dem hauseigenem Kino waren alle Kinder sehr zufrieden und die mitgebrachte PlayStation lief auf der Leinwand Weltklasse. Alle waren vom riesigen Pool inklusive Sprungbrett/Kinderrutsche und angrenzendem Pavillon begeistert. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziges Manko waren die sehr kleine Kaffeemaschine und die zum Teil älteren Matratzen.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Freunden
Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt! Tiziana, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und stets bemüht zu helfen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas älter, aber top gepflegt und hat einen gewissen Charm. In der Küche stehen 2 riesige Kühlschränke, passend für die große Personenzahl. Geschirr u. sonstiges Inventar auch alles großzügig vorhanden. Einziges Manko - die Kaffeemaschine (für 2 große Becher) - das war echt nervig. Es gab noch 1 Kapselmaschine u. 2 Mokkazubereiter, die wir aber nicht nutzen wollten. Zu der Zimmeraufteilung: Im 1. OG: 1.) Hauptschlafzi mit Bad, Balkon, Himmelbett u. 2 etwas durchgelegen Zustellbetten - für unseren 9jährigen aber in Ordnung. Im EG: 2.+3.) 2x Doppelzimmer 4.) 1x Kinderzimmer mit Hoch- u. Einzelbett Im EG gibt es 2 Bäder, Küche u. großes Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Im Keller befindet sich der kultige Hobbyraum mit Bar, Billard, etc - haben wir aber kaum genutzt. Und der Kinosaal, den die Kinder liebten. 5.) Doppel- und Hochbett 6.) Doppelbett u. bequemes Zweier-Schlafsofa 7.) Doppel- u. Einzel- u. Kinderbett + dahinter extra Zimmer mit Einzel- u. Hochbett. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir auf der tollen, großen Außenveranda. Die Kinder liebten das großzüge Außengelände. Den schönen Pool konnten wir wetterbedingt nicht nutzen. An einem Abend hatten wir ein organisiertes, katastrophales Catering - hier hat uns Tiziana aber versprochen, das Restaurant zu wechseln. Das Haus können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren mit dem Haus und dem Grundstück darauf sehr zufrieden, doch was ein No go ist, sämtliche Klimaanlagen im Haus gingen nicht und teils Ventilatoren waren defekt......bei solch einem hohem Preis ist das schlicht weg nicht gut!

Jolie villa qui permet de multiples activités (foot, tennis, piscine, billard, kicker, cinéma, …) qui ont ravi les petits et les grands. La villa est fonctionnelle pour les grands groupes. Wunderbare Ferien mit der ganzen Familie
Einfach zu finden und bei der Ankunft wird man sehr herzlich, mit einer Flasche hausgemachtem Olivenöl, empfangen. Die Villa selbst, wie das ganze Anwesen, sind perfekt für die ganze Familie um wunderbare Ferien zu verbringen. Die Umgebung, respektive die nahegelegenen Ortschaften inklusive Meer sind schnell erreichbar und man hat viele Möglichkeiten Diversifikation (Markt, Restaurants, Promenade, Ausflüge) in den Villa Alttag zu bringen (sofern man das möchte). Die Gastgeber sind wunderbare, extrem zuvorkommende und liebenswürige Personen, die jederzeit erreichbar sind und sich um Ihre Gäste kümmern. Schon nach wenigen Tagen ist eine Freundschaft entstanden. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir werden definitiv wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Schönes Haus, toller Garten
Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Der Garten ist großzügig und super gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und der Kinderbereich super. Unsere Tochter konnte mit 3 Jahren locker stehen. Wir haben selten gekocht daher war die Küche für uns (12 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) ausreichend, mit mehr Personen oder wenn viel gekocht wird finde ich einen Kühlschrank etwas knapp. Ebenso wie die Möglichkeiten zum Kaffee kochen. Außerdem war es lästig, dass das Geschirr in der Spülmaschine nur sauber wurde wenn es sehr gründlich vorgespült wurde. Darauf weist schon ein Zettel in der Küche hin. Ich finde bei einem Haus, dass für so viele Personen ausgelegt ist und zu diesem Preis könnte man eine (oder auch zwei) gut funktionierende Spülmaschinen erwarten. Dass der Hauptteil der Zimmer im Keller liegt (mit Fenster, teilweise zum Lüftugsschacht) hatten wir der Anzeige so nicht entnommen. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte keinen anderen Zugang als durch das benachbarte Schlafzimmer. Was wir vor Anreise auch nicht wussten ist, dass man nur das "halbe Haus" mietet. In der zweiten Hälfte wohnt die Eigentümerfamilie. Alle waren sehr freundlich daher war das kein Problem für uns. Allerdings trennt nur eine normale Tür im Haus die Bereiche und das Haus ist recht hellhörig, dadurch wurde das ins Bett bringen der kleinen Kinder abends etwas erschwert. Ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden, vor allem der Außenbereich, der viele Möglichkeiten bietet und die Ausstattung mit Fußballplatz, Kinderspielplatz usw ist genial und lässt nie Langweile aufkommen. Der Check-In und jeder sonstige Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Was uns zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht bewusst war ist, dass beim nächstgelegenen Strand (in Vada) die Abwässer einer Chemiefabrik ins Meer gepumpt werden. Es gibt aber Ausweichmöglichkeiten in ca 15-20 Minuten Entfernung.
