"I really enjoyed the location. It was super convenient, being close to transport and shops. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I did have some issues. There was no soundproofing at all, which made it hard to relax at times. Additionally, the door didn’t always lock properly, which was a bit concerning. Overall, it was a decent stay, but those issues could use some attention."

"The studio itself was great, if a little short on plug sockets. My only gripe was its location to a public house. Our room was literally the floor above and we got to experience all the noises associated with a pub...including a 5.45am beer delivery on Monday morning and an equally early glass collection on the Friday. "Brand new, refurbished and interior designed to a high standard. Extremely well located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood - you can walk to the river Thames and see Big Ben in just a few minutes. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had the wow factor of being a Mezzanine with an amazing 20ft high ceiling. It has a smart TV and you can access Netflix, Prime etc. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would be happy to recommend it"

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
