Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. It is super close to central London, easy commute to Soho or the sights and the price was right!"

There also needs to be a direct number to the Stag because at the moment if you phone the number on the website it puts you through to a hotel in Bournemouth where staff cannot help you or give you information about directions or any other help."

"I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was serviced and I did not need to ask The room was huge with a great view of the garden The shower cubicle was the nicest I have seen. One area for improvement the WiFi, the codes were impossible even if you got the right one! The WiFi worked fine when reception put the code in but when it dropped of that was that."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and I have always been very satisfied. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. "

"A clean and tidy room freshly painted. Kettle in the room. Bed was and old sprung mattress that bent in half and springs stuck in your back. Completely knackered. Comfy bed is basic essential. No check in information/instructions provide. No reception. Bathroom was fairly modern but shower was leaking and floor peeling off. Very bad stench as water backed up in sink and drain blocked. Common room and kitchen available to share if you want to make food. Central location 10 mins to...
