"Traveled as a family of 4 with young kids. The Bailey was a welcome site after a long flight. Jet lagged and tired, we got there at the time they said the room would be ready - but unfortunately they were running behind. Instead of making us wait too long they ended up finding another solution and upgraded us to a bigger room. It was so nice to see that kind of hospitality. The concierge and bell folks are great as is their front desk personnel. Easy walking around the area, lots of pubs and...
