"It’s a decent hotel to stay at but the pillows can only be described as rock solid. My neck was on a ninety degree angle all night. The room was clean and well presented. If you’re coming for a weekend away as a couple I wouldn’t personally stay here but if you’re coming away with friends it’s very much worth the stay. I would stay again but would definitely bring my own pillows. "

"Check-in staff were lovely despite unfortunately being subject to abuse from several other customers who hadn't read their small print and didn't seem to be aware that photo ID was required at check-in. Please take photo ID with you rather than turn into a screeching harpy at the desk, it's absolutely not necessary and your lack of reading properly is not the staff's fault. The hotel itself is very central, super handy for Piccadilly Gardens if using the tram during your stay and just as handy...
