"Convenient and location plus kitchenette. The staff are lovely, the hotel entrance and lobby is a welcoming space and easy drop off point for your taxi/uber. My room had a lot of noise emanating from the street mostly, sadly the rooms are crying out for a refurbishment being both dated and tired around the edges. "

Complimentary coke and juice in the fridge and bottle of champagne and macarons in the room upon arrival. Received a bottle wine and candied nuts the second day. Not sure if always do or was just for the overpriced Olympics stay. Breakfast buffet is tasty and has good variety, but is expensive. Several inexpensive restaurants for breakfast across the street. "I was very pleased with the experience especially the great service. When we checked in on our first room, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness as it had stains on the rug and bed sheets, cracked sink, and other things. I had requested a new room and the receptionist told me they were full that night and I can come back in the morning to chose a different room. We stayed at the room for one night and returned to the receptionist the next day. They were very helpful and nice....

"We loved our time here. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Having a washer/dryer was a huge benefit. The host was quick to respond with answers to questions and always friendly. The street is quite and safe with lots of cafes, shops and subway stops near by. We can't wait to come back"
