"I was very pleased with the experience especially the great service. When we checked in on our first room, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness as it had stains on the rug and bed sheets, cracked sink, and other things. I had requested a new room and the receptionist told me they were full that night and I can come back in the morning to chose a different room. We stayed at the room for one night and returned to the receptionist the next day. They were very helpful and nice....

"Truly loved my stay at Hotel de Suez! The kind and knowledgeable staff were superb, rooms spacious and comfortable and suited with all your needs. A nice touch that I haven’t seen in many European hotels - they had cold water dispenser available in the lobby! During my stay, I felt quite sick and needed to see a doctor and the hotel staff got me in within 10 minutes so I was able to get the help needed to enjoy the rest of my trip. So fantastic! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Fontaines. In a great location, close to many of the sights and a quick walk to the Metro or RER stations. The room was perfect and had all the amenities. Need to share a special appreciation for Eric at the front desk. Very personable, provided awesome service and a joy to talk to about recommendations, or simply general "chat" during our daily interactions. Definitely recommend this property."

"We selected this hotel as it was in an excellent location for walking to many sites. The room was a bit cramped but for the price and our budget and it being Paris, I believe it was a good deal! The desk clerks assisted in having coffee made earlier than normal as we had to leave early in the morning. They were all helpful and friendly!"
