"This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise...

The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower."

"Loved location and ability to fit people of various ages in apartment. Lovely top floor apartment. Elevator available though still need to walk up one flight of stairs. "

"1. No hot water for a day 2. Broken kitchen table 3. TV programs not working 4. No view to the outside as windows boarded up 5. Access keys to the place are at different location and very poorly instructions on how to locate them 6. Not a single hook anywhere to hang up clothes"

"Great little apartment, ideally sited for all the main attractions. Had a little difficulty finding the buzzer key to get into the building but otherwise ok. A little disappointed the second single bed featured in the pictures was not up. We found the mattress under the bed a couple of days afterwards but by that stage I was sharing the double bed with my daughter so we decided not to change. "Great little place with more space than most Parisian VRBO. We used it as a 1 bedroom though there is a second small room with elevated bed. All appliances and bathroom/kitchen are modern and well functioning. The bakery and express market store, both across the street, were very convenient. Metro stop around the corner and several cafe/restaurants nearby. We did NOT want to be in the tourist areas but rather live like a French couple for 8 days. But the metro gets you anywhere quickly from...

"It's a very nice traditional French apartment, that you enter through a courtyard. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of restaurants and everything else. The host was very helpful, she made arrangements to meet my daughter early in the day, because her flight was arriving at a different time. We had a lovely stay."

"Property is just like the pictures. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The building is under going some repairs, but doing let that put you off, the apartment was great. Close to all transportation, restaurants, groceries and interesting sites. This is a great value for your money in Montmarte."

"Our check-in process was smooth & the owner was very communicative and efficient. The apartment is as described online. There were 2 issues upon arrival, one that the owner shared ahead of our check in and he was able to address them the very next day. The only downside was some street noise on our first night as there are businesses located on the same street and the first night, there was a truck loading & unloading. "

"The apartment itself is clean, but not the overall building. The corridor of the building is dark and be careful to up and down via stairs. The location is good for walkable restaurants and nice shops. Because of these convenience, it is indeed a lot noise until midnight, but one bedroom is a lot more quite."

"Sisters from the US meeting in Paris for one week stay. Paris did not disappoint! From the walkable city to the Eiffel Tower, we enjoyed every minute! Our stay in this perfect apartment in a great neighborhood gave us all the feels of Paris life. Can’t wait to come back! So much more to see. "We were a group of six adults in Paris for a week and the apartment was ideal for the set up. It provided privacy if needed, but also common areas that everyone could gather. The location, which we were just guessing, if we would like it or not, ended up being central to everything we wanted to do and could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future. "

"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...
