"Enjoyed a one night stay when going to the Coop Live Arena. The hotel is in a nice location in Salford Quays, a short walk from the tram stop, so convenient for arrival and travelling into and across Manchester. Check in was very slick. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. My room was clean (including the bathroom, which was also in good condition) comfortable (including the bed) a decent size and had a nice view of the wharf. All the expected amenities were provided. I would definitely return to this hotel in future. "

"Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. "

"Check in was smooth and friendly. Upon entering the room you could feel the coolness is the air con conditioning, the was super clean and smelt fresh. We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi, area was clean and tidy. Overall we had a great stay and will be back. "
