"Charred Oak Inn is an absolute hidden gem! Fabulous old house with modern renovations. Pamela and Richard are super hosts: friendly, great at sharing the history of the house and surrounding area. Welcome “tea tray” was extremely thoughtful and delicious! Breakfast was phenomenal. The hosts did everything to make our stay memorable. This truly is a superb place to stay. Can’t say enough about Charred Oak Inn. You’ll love it!"

Our family dinner with wine pairings was great, Anton worked with us in developing a menu that was perfect for our family. "Overall, the property and location were perfect. I have a large family and this space was great for us. We visit Lexington, Kentucky often and will likely make this our go to space. There is only one thing that we would like to see done differently. There is a 180 cleaning charge but the space was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not bring our dog this time but there was quite a bit of animal hair on the furniture and floors."
