"Overall, the property and location were perfect. I have a large family and this space was great for us. We visit Lexington, Kentucky often and will likely make this our go to space. There is only one thing that we would like to see done differently. There is a 180 cleaning charge but the space was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not bring our dog this time but there was quite a bit of animal hair on the furniture and floors."

"The house was very cozy and comfortable. However, If you like a softer mattress the room next to the master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress in the house, and is really low to the ground The rest are a little on the firm side. The queen bed in the master is softer than the king bed. That was really the only downfall. I would stay again. "

Our only complaints would be the bedding (pillow cases & duvet covers) smelled like body odor & smoke, like they hadn't been washed in a while. The recreational room is such a great concept, and made for a great “game day” with football and music on all televisions. "Second time staying here. I stumbled upon this little gem a couple of years ago on a trip with my mother. Sometimes, small business hotels are better than chains. This is ESPECIALLY true at this establishment!! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Communication was great and I had no problem checking in despite being delayed and not arriving until 1:30 AM!! The on-site restaurant is exceptional and the indoor and outdoor settings are exquisite. This hotel is conveniently located just out of dowtown Lexington and within walking distance for some. IT IS SOOOOO QUIET AT NIGHT. Not because of ridiculous rules. Its a well built building unlike many cheap chain hotels. Rooms are very clean, tastlefully decorated, and attention is paid to the small details to make you feel at home. The best part? THEY ALLOW PETS!!! No worries about leaving your fur baby behind. Thank you so much for another great stay. Cant wait to come back again!!!!"
