Gross! I called the night before to confirm they had a gym and they said yes. When I showed up they said it was out of order. The room smelled like smoke, the food disposal wasn’t working and the kitchen doesn’t come with anything - no dishwashing supplies, utensils, plates - nothing!

When we first arrived to our room, the door to our hotel room was wide open and lights were on. We thought it was odd, but because we were in a rush we dropped our bags and rushed out to meet some family for dinner. When we returned we realized our room had only 1 towel, not even hand towels or wash clothes. Then, we wanted to drink some water only to find no coffee cups either. They were used and sitting in the garbage can, which was completely full. We also found someone's left over yogurt in the fridge. The room was never cleaned and it was left a mess. The only thing that was nice about this place was they did allow me to cancel the remaining two nights of my stay. However, still waiting on my refund......

Staff was no help, I called ahead of time to make sure hot tub was working and when I got there it wasn't. Cable only worked here and there and it was not clean at all. I went and bought a tub of Clorox wipes and wiped everything down
