Hotel Indigo is a great hotel. Close to PETCO Park and the busy restaurants and bars at the Gaslamp. The facility is clean and well kept. Valet parking is available but there’s also a public parking one block away. I would stay here again.

The hotel rooms are nice that’s it. No parking at all, it’s valet which is an expensive. Was charged Even though online booking said included in my purchase. Have picture if proofed needed. My room was never cleaned or changed sheets. Again have pictures of proof if needed. My key clip was stolen during the vault was handed back my keys without it. Bad experience overall.

Had multiple issues w/checking in - I called early multiple times for requesting connecting rooms, Valet should have been free yet they charged and there is no continental bfast, they did assist the first 2 issue later on. Other than that, everything was fine. (staff was nice and rooms were clean)

Our room had floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view. Clean, quiet, beautiful decor and super friendly staff. The rooftop bar with fire pits is a must visit. If it’s baseball season, check the Padres schedule- the hotel is literally a half block from the entrance and the area must get super active on game days. Otherwise, we’ll happily stay there again.

Nice location. Some of the staff members are amazing and some others not so great. The young man who welcomed us was great. The tall lady that was there when we got our luggage from storage was super helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was not cleaned even though we were gone most of the day. The phone in the room is useless. If no one is going to answer any of the pre-programmed options why have it?
