I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to come back. The lobby smelled great, everything was very clean, and the decor was both tasteful and comfortable. However, there were a few hiccups. The TV clock showed inaccurate time - it was 20 minutes behind, and the in-room guest service menu for room service didn’t work. Additionally some of the advertised amenities are no longer available. The pool door wouldn’t open at 6 PM, and unfortunately, the smell of weed came through my balcony, which made it less enjoyable.
When I went down for dinner, I was told I needed a reservation (Assuming this is because the dining area doesn’t seem to seat many people.) I asked about room service instead, but they said it would take at least a couple of hours. When I asked how I could get food, the staff member simply suggested using Uber Eats.
Additionally, when I called the front desk to inquire about extending my stay, the staff member was a bit rude, put me on hold, and the call eventually disconnected. But later Cathy was able to help me and was very kind and helpful.
Despite these issues, the overall experience was good, and I’d definitely return because of how peaceful the property is.
