All new custom kitchen will exceed your expectations, & is highlighted w/ an open lath & plaster feature wall. Kitchen French doors spill open to a private outdoor oasis with expansive deck, water fountain, & al fresco dining. 2 equitable bedrooms feature black out shades, mini split heat & air, ceiling fans, & all new designer furnishings. Walking distance to hip South Park, and North Park scenes. Downtown and Bay are a quick 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride away. Freeway close. Just a few minutes to San Diego's most famous attractions.
