Pacific Heights Elegant gray tones 13' ceilings ebony floors , gas fireplace and remodeled bathroom. Enjoy a cup of Java sitting at the bay window overlooking a swaying ancient olive tree. Sleep well in the comfortable King size bed with wonderful bedding .Grand double doors open to the sitting/dressing room with large closet and credenza housing coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge. Coffee/tea pods, instant oatmeal, Brita filtered water and snacks.
The building is like staying in a B&B or hotel. Nothing is shared except the door from the exterior and the hallway to get to your space.
Walk out he door to shops and eateries. This is a quiet upscale neighborhood with folks walking dogs and nanny's pushing strollers. Hustle and bustle 7 blocks to Fillmore St.

Beautiful location
This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve rented. I wouldn’t change a thing. The neighborhood was great. Very safe. There’s a small movie theater steps away and we decided to watch a movie on a rainy, chilly afternoon that we had previously planned on renting bikes. I was a little nervous about the parking based on a couple reviews but maneuvering the app was a piece of cake. I did still get a ticket,(99!) when I didn’t add more time to the meter. That happened on the ward and has nothing to do with this rental but make sure you stay on top of it during your stay.

SF visit with new grandbaby.
This was our second stay at Springer’s beautiful VRBO in the quiet, walkable neighborhood of Pacific Heights. In between grandbaby duties, we did lots of walking, eating out and even played a couple rounds of golf at The Presidio Golf Course. The unit itself is so very comfortable, annd clean. We found it spacious enough for one person to sleep in and the other to work. Thank you Springer for the delightful accommodations, as well as easy checking in and out! We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful comfortable room with all the entire of coffee pods, Fridge, Microwave, a few dishes. Dining nook overlooking Sacramento St. Host kind and responsive. Please know there are 3 different coded doors to get to your room, and the parking app is frustrating and at times confusing. No on site parking, but we always found a spot nearby. Available electrical outlets on strip on TV stand which at 1st we couldnt see!

This was a great loft in a very nice SF neighborhood. Ubers to downtown were short and there was a coffee shop close by. There was also plenty of street parking. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was on a relatively quiet street and was still only 15 min to all of the major sightseeing spots in the city. The fireplace kept the apartment nice and warm and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Great location!
We’ve stayed at this VRBO quite a few times in the last few years when we come to visit grandchildren. The location is great—close to shopping, good restaurants and parks. The property is clean and well maintained. The host is quick to respond and check in on us. We’ll be back!
