"Room was right on the Arno river. Half a block from Pointe Verde bridge! Didn't appreciate the horribly loud truck right below our window that started pumping waste from the hotel. Started at midnight and lasted an hour!! Very good breakfast."

"The air conditioning is not allowed to be on due to time of year but staff offered us a fan for the room which was great. Our travel adapters we had been using in many other cities did not fit the plugs there so had to buy New ones just for Florence. There was construction around the hotel so woke us up at 7am with the noise and had one of the workers outside of our bathroom window seeing us in the bathroom which was awkward."

"Location location location! We spent 5 days walking Florence and this hotel was 5-15min walk to everything. Keep in mind they are in the heart of everything so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open but with the windows closed it was quiet enough. Our room had a balcony and we loved it. Had breakfast once and it was very good - a lot of food! Highly recommend this hotel "

"Wonderful hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Always greeting us, giving us suggestions & assistance for seeing Florence. The location is close to all the big sightseeing locations as well as restaurants. They provided breakfast, afternoon snack & happy hour daily included with the room. You do have to climb a flight of stairs to enter the lobby but bags will be brought up for you. The room was spacious for 3 people and very clean. Highly recommend! "
