"It was a wonderful stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and it wasn’t a far walk to the metro. The only things of concern really was that our hot tub had a panel missing and was leaking. Also the stairs coming down from the bedroom to the sitting area didn’t have a safety handrail. It’s only a real concern because the stairs are polished wood which can be really slippery. It also had a glass wall right next to it."

Meanwhile I called the property but no body answer. I ring the bell many times but no answer at all. "This place was perfect for our vacation to Italy! Room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. From day one our host made us feel welcome and explained everything very well.
