"This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed. Alex, the front desk guy, was super helpful and professional. He booked taxi, trips around Venice for us, and gave valuable advices to protect ourselves. "The hotel is under new ownership so it had new furnishings. The pillows weren't very nice and the towels thin, but the blockout curtains worked well. There were people arguing a couple of rooms down during the night. The local boys used the hotel corner as a hang out area, they were not a problem but didn't feel comfortable. Make a lovely coffee."

"This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!"
