There is soundproofing but you can hear small bits of traffic (e.g emergency services) as it is on a main road but this didn’t bother me at and all I slept very well still. "Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"The property is well located, there is a bus station about five minutes walk from the property so if you take the X3 bus from the airport you you literally get off at the last stop Bugibba, and it cost only two euro. The national aquarium is about three minutes walk away and there are various places to swim and do water sports basically on the doorstep. The roof terrace was lovely but the lighting was all from the floor upwards and made seeing to walk around rather dangerous. "Outstanding property - clean and good. ( Needs some very minor maintenance - dishwasher and other small things.One addition that we would have loved was a good coffee maker. The one there is for capsules that we could not find in the area stores and there was no filter coffeemaker.) We had a wonderful time and thank God for such a great place."

We contacted the owner and to be honest he was very good, provided another property across the hallway and got the original property cleaned within in two hours. We were moved back as the alternative property was cold. But after a poor start we had a good stay. "Lovely property right on the waterfront with nice view of the bay. Everything you could need in a nice two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the lift which Ruth sorted straight away. Not having a car was a huge bonus for me and bus stops are just along the road where you can get a bus where ever you want to go. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance which were all good. I would recommend this property very much."

"First from the check-in receptionist who was very professional and friendly. This first impression made our stay with smile. We used the 3rd floor room and it was very nice and spotless clean inside the room. The balcony had some trash but it was gone next day after room service. Breakfast was wonderful with some local dishes gave us an introduction to Malta culture. For the dinner at Oceana Restaurant, most of the dishes were delicious, however there were some menu that was flavorless. but overall very good. Indoor pool(heated) kept my 2 and half year old daughter busy and she loved it. It was our everyday task to swim at the pool. Again we loved the hotel and the staff member too."

"This hotel is bang in the middle of the village of Mellieha Malta. From start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough to help you especially the Reception staff and mainly Kis she went above and beyond. Breakfast was good and plenty. We eat our evening meals a few times food was lovely and great value with all your drinks included. The restaurant could have been doing with extra hands x"
