"Passing time for 3 weeks before my flight. This hotel on the south side of Davao, and i was pleasantly surprised how great and comfortable it is. Clean rooms, good aircon, no in hotel noise. Great bed, pillows, wifi. Even has a comfortable smoking area off to the side of the entrance, that bothers nobody. Staff is great. Cold drinks and snacks sold in lobby, and a perfect well priced restaurant next door. Other stores, western union all within walking distance. There is traffic on the main road...

"Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. "This is an older property so don’t expect all the modern amenities. The room was spacious however the Air Conditioning unit was noisy and very old. The A/C wall unit must be replaced as it’s in a terrible condition and the noise it created is unbearable.
