"I think Harrah’s is a great choice for anyone visiting Vegas. It is located toward the center of the Strip which is preferred to staying at one of the extremes. Harrah’s is a nice mix of being clean and up to date while not being out of reach financially for someone like me. There are other locations more sketchy / dirty / or unsafe and other properties that are too stuck up or fancy. The checkin staff and those at the valet out front and those in charge of storing your luggage are top notch. My room was awesome. I was so comfortable there. I only have two critiques. Bring your own bar soap. I didn’t like the bar soap they provided. Also, I called to see where I could have an instacart order delivered and no one knew the answer. You call the number online but that brings you to someone not on the property. So I kept asking for an answer and they transferred me to someone else. This person told me the location of the delivery was at the discretion of the front desk. I said, Sure, that’s why I’m calling - to find out what the deal is. This person tries to call the front desk, but no one answers. The property should decide on where customer deliveries should be sent and communicate that location to all members of the staff on and off property. "
