"Property was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful, but the staff definitely got less stars because a lot of them they don’t speak good English and specially in the buffet area. The staff is terrible. They take your order and they never come back so on our last day I had to call this guy and tell him about it and then he started speaking perfect English he said OK ma’am I’m sorry about that and today you will have A1 service. Not sure what that meant but that day we did get A1 service. My daughter was pregnant and she was having difficulty sitting in the chair so she asked the waiter for a cushion and he just did not understand what she was asking for finally after asking a few other people we did get the cushion, but it was frustratingStaff in all the service areas definitely need a lot of training."

"This is a great property and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant by the pool was amazing."

"There was a group 14 of us. The rooms were great, they are so big and the beds are so comfy. The food was really good. We had great steak at Bordeaux, great pasta and risotto and Portofino, great ribs at Seaside Grill. The grill at the beach for lunch serves great burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs, and nachos just to name a few. Two of have celiac disease so we have to eat gluten free. No problems at all. Playing beach volley ball, pickleball and yoga was also great! No complaints - it is a great resort!"
