Exceptional service

We stayed one night on our way to a beach resort and had wonderful service, especially from the young man at the front desk. He went way above and beyond to help us with a transportation issue and found a solution after making phone calls, etc. The room was very comfortable (although not fancy) and clean and the food was excellent in the restaurant.

The property itself was nicely appointed, but was lacking in certain basics such as tissues and the TV, only had 2 or three channels that were in English. The bedding in this hotel was pretty good and we were able to get a good nights sleep. It was a good hotel, but seemed to be in a seedy part of town.

Nice hotel, convenient check in and the staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby and hallways had an incredibly strong air freshener that was just overpowering and headache inducing. The room was alright, a little tight, the door banged into the hanging rack and the bathroom was super cramped.
