"Chain lock was missing. Only way to lock door was deadbolt. I felt safe only because I had my dogs with me. Bathroom door would not close completely. Chair was missing 2 wheels. TV Remote would not work. Manager did come down and replace it. Online it said two dogs available. At counter was told only one, but did allow both to stay."
