"We only stayed one night and I loved the professionalism and hospitality of the staff here so much. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were beautiful. The spa package we got was amazing and staff was fantastic throughout. All staff speak English which is a definite plus for someone like me who can understand Spanish but not speak it well. The area is walkable and there’s an Oxxo about a block away. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was ostensibly a great place! Dipping in the pool during the hottest part of the day was a nice way to have a siesta… The bed was super soft - not in a good way. While we were there they were dealing with some issues with their AC. Of the two nights we stayed we only had working AC for one. They made no offer to make up for the technical failure… Suffice it to say, we didn’t sleep well that night. But, staff was super communicative and helpful. So, if the AC is working - decent place!"

"Stayed in the Junior suite that accommodated 5 people. Location was amazing, clear view of the church and plaza. Ideal for those that wanted to experience the environment without having to leave the room. Room has two full beds and a twin bed that was near the entrance but somewhat away from the other two beds. AC doesn’t reach it directly, but they provide a fan. Overall I would love to stay here again. "
