"The hotel is located right in the outdoor shopping area (T-Mobile center) with plenty of food and shopping. The hotel was in very good shape, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel-provided toiletries were also very high quality. I would definitely stay here again. Note that our cruise was leaving from the Pan American cruise terminal which is a very short Uber from this hotel. Many cruises leave from the Old San Juan Pier 4 area, so this wouldn't be quite as convenient for those cruises."
