The front lobby staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, but the room upstairs from us was very noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable.

The location is amazing! We walked to everything. The sitting area with the fire pit was comfy and very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This will definitely be our go to place when visiting Pismo Beach.
