"I would return to this property for the exceptional service alone! I really felt recognized and respected. The room was clean and well appointed. A good sized room, particularly for San Francisco. One of the two mattresses was in need of replacement, trough on one side. The restaurant was good! This property is in a great location. Hotels onsite valet parking is $75. I parked in a garage one block away for $37."

"Was told front desk had water to purchase so didn’t purchase while out. They did not. All the water machines on all floors OUT OF SERVICE. Only the gym had water. ATM in lobby OUT OF SERVICE. Could do better."
