Volcano Beach Hotel

3.0 star property
6.6 out of 10, (19)
"We arrived as was told that there were no rooms, for us? After arguing for 3 hours we were offered and apartment nearby? 1km and although it was more that described in the booking, it was clearly, a friends home, we had no choice but to stay as we were unable to book elsewhere at short notice, as Tenerife in January is busy and we would of had to pay more to change, money we did not have? This is not a good place to stay and will be writing a strong email in complaint shortly"

"We stayed in a beautiful and rustic apartment, very tastefully furnished and spacious. Despite not having a front desk, check-in was very straight forward and the owners provided good communication. The property grounds are well kept and perfect for a quiet retreat and full relaxation. The local cat happily greeted us every time we used the garden and kindly walked with us, keeping us company. The swimming pool is a nice addition, as well as the jacuzzi. The location is perfect, you're at...

"Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it "

Sunset View Club

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (537)
"Diamond resorts are instantly recognisable as having great self catering facilities, a home from home. Sunset View is no different and so the facilities are great and kept in great order. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had, and had at a different former Diamond resort has to do with the “Club Members”.
