Not even close to 3 star very old hotel bad beds and pillows. Nice view from top floor rooms good pool bar but everything is really in the need of maintenance the bottom of pool is getting lose broken toilet and sink in room , breakfast was mostly cakes the eggs were powder eggs with to much water! Long walk to everything 1/2 hour to downtown and very steep hill to walk home!

Really nice view from the room - and spacious room, which was good. Also - front desk staff was helpful and professional. However, there is nothing else indicating this is a four star hotel - breakfast very mediocre (don't buy it, not worth it!) , pool seemed very old and not clean (we didn't try it) homepage says there is free shuttle to the city/train station, that is however not the case is arriving/leaving before 09.00 or after 18 - and between those hours, we never managed to book the shuttle, it was fully booked, we had to walk. Would never go back.

Très bon établissement propre bien fréquenté et agréable en famille. Seul bémol, le parking et ses places limitées. Le personnel parle Français, Anglais et Italien. Piscine superbe et saine (travaillant dans la piscine) À 5 min en voiture du centre de SanRemo. Nous reviendrons c’est évident !

Bellissimo hotel, piscina grande e tranquilla. Pultroppo abbiamo dormito solo una notte. Camera quadrupla molto spaziosa, con terrazzino. Colazione buonissima! con tante tipologie di dolci e salato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Scandaleux ! Rien ne justifie les 4 étoiles. Hôtel vieillot, bruyant et vétuste. Le restaurant est à l’image de l’hôtel : les assiettes sont vides, les plats sont servis froids, l’entrecôte « ANGUS » avait le goût du poisson et le poisson n’était même pas cuit . Arrivée au petit déjeuner à 8h15, il n’y avait déjà plus rien du tout, mais pour autant payé quand même. Le personnel était accueillant jusqu’au moment où on leur a fait remonter notre mécontentement et là ce n’était plus le même accueil… Le seul geste commercial dans tout ça a été d’enlever 10€ sur la note finale , soit même pas le prix du petit déjeuner que nous n’avons pas consommé mais payé ! Vraiment hors de prix, je déconseille fortement cet établissement !
