"House keeping staff specifically Maria found my very expensive personal items after we left and quickly took the to office. We were still in town when I realized I had left those items at the hotel. Long story short I was happy to recover those items. Extremely happy to know this hotel has honest staff"

"This was my second stay at the Lavender Inn by the Sea. I even had the same room by request. As a woman travelling on my own, I feel safe and comfortable here. It is quiet at night and close to the Amtrak Station and bus routes. I was sorry to find the bikes had been replaced with high-handlebar cycles that proved difficult for me. Other than that, all went smoothly and I would be happy to stay here again."
