"There is only one negative comment about this property, it's got the tiniest and tightest parking lot possibly in all of Santa barbara. If you have an suv, be sure that you are comfortable maneuvering in tight spaces. But that is the most minimal of nitpicky comments that one could make. The room was clean and nice. "The staff was helpful and friendly. The view of the ocean from our room was gorgeous. We loved the convenience of the beach. Next time we will get a room with a "balcony". While we felt safe in our room it was a little disconcerting to have people walking by our window less than a foot away. "

"Hotel was under going major renovations — which we weren’t made aware of until AFTER booking. The room, hallways, and surrounding areas were very nice, however the construction made it a hassle to get around — especially with luggage. They put our car in valet parking and took our keys like a valet service, but did nothing but hand our keys back to us when we went to pickup our car and then looked at me like they expected a tip. I had to run out in the rain to even get the employees attention!...

"Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Everything was perfect about this place except the room was tiny! This was smaller than my cruise ship room. The bathroom felt like a cruise ship bathroom. It was very clean and nicely updated just super small. We had our dog with us and they welcomed our dog with a dog goodie bag which was so awesome. I will definitely be staying here again but at least I know what to expect when it comes to the size."
