Welcome to your private beach resort - a stunning 1.2 acres of lush landscaping and expansive outdoor amenities - 2 minutes to Hendry's Beach. 6 minutes to downtown. The newly renovated Mid-Century Modern offers 5 luxury bedrooms / 4.5 baths + outdoor heated shower - 2 bedrooms w/ en-suite baths and all 5 bedrooms with private balconies/patios. The expansive property includes a magnificent heated pool, outdoor kitchen, large playing field, sand volleyball, and bocce ball. A dream destination for families/friends looking for a luxury experience.

The property is located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood nestled by foliage and greenery. Beach goers can drive to Hendry's beach in 2 minutes or take a walking path (10 minutes). Within the 1.2 acres, guests will enjoy a spacious 36 x 56 feet heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and gorgeous flat playing field - approximately 5500 sq ft. In addition, there's a full size sand volleyball court and setup.

The modern Mid-Century home features 5 bedrooms with 2 en-suite baths and 2.5 additional baths + heated outdoor shower. Each of the bedrooms has a private balcony or private patio space. The entire home has been exquisitely renovated with top tier Hansgrohe fixtures and Thermador appliances throughout. The main level features a large kitchen with island, formal dining for 8, stylish living room with a Samsung 65" Frame TV that will dazzle, and a family room with a 65" Crystal UHD TV, sound bar, and subwoofer - perfect for sharing the space between adults and kids. As well the family room has a pull out sofa for an optional additional bed with en-suite full bath.

The second level includes 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite baths, and a third full bath. Each of the bedrooms is very well furnished with large closets and private balconies with beautiful panoramic views. The baths are all renovated with the finest fixtures and custom tile work. The home is equipped with upper and lower level central air conditioning systems.

The outdoor entertaining area is expansive with a stunning pool, chaises loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas, and outdoor dining for 8. The outdoor kitchen/BBQ is the perfect addition for culinary delights. There are abundant walking paths and a developing fruit orchard. A gigantic playing field is the perfect place to toss a ball or frisbee, play soccer, or just meander. In addition, the estate features a full sand volleyball court.

The listing is reserved for the most discerning guests respectful of the quality and location of this home. This property is not available for parties or large gatherings. Outside guests (those not part of the 10-12 overnight guests) are not permitted. Pets are permitted with written prior approval and a hypoallergenic pet fee. Seasonal daily and 24 hour pool heating options outlined in Welcome Guide. Good neighbor policy must be in effect at all times. All Welcome Guide rules and protocols must be adhered to at all times.

Amazing Property

My cycling group travels to Santa Barbara several times per year. This was one of our favorite stays! Lots of space and we love that most rooms have en suite bathrooms. Pools was fantastic -we used as a cold plunge after using the hot tub. The kitchen is not well stocked. We've had better experience on that front. We tend to cook our own meals so appreiciate a well-stocked kitchen. Minor deductions there. Overall a good spot for our group.

A Magical Retreat for Labor Day Weekend

Our family had the pleasure of spending the Labor Day weekend at this magnificent Santa Barbara beach resort property, and it was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful open floor plan paired with comfortable bedrooms provided an ideal setting for relaxation. Not to mention, the fantastic amenities which include an inviting swimming pool and an open play yard volleyball court - all showcasing how this place was meticulously designed for both fun and elegance. A special thank you to the owners and to Brent, the property manager, for extending such gracious hospitality to us. We had an unforgettable trip and will undoubtedly choose this space again in the future. Highly recommended!

Spacious, serene beach get-away

We were expecting high-end and we got high-end accommodations at this place. The place looked very new and was equipped with the variety of things to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of dishes, flatware, every pan/pot you need and great kitchen accessories. We were a party of eight but had local friends over the first night and the 12 of us fit nicely around the table and spilling into the nearby kitchen with seats at the island. Bocce ball, hot tubing and the trampoline were enjoyed by many. Several days we walked the mile down to Hendry Beach to enjoy a latte or sunset from the Boat House restaurant. Our daughter enjoyed the dog friendly beach with her dog as well. Easy access to Hwy 101 made the day trips we took to Solvang and Cold Springs Tavern very easy. And Brent was on top of things if we had to text him about anything, he was back to us withing a few minutes. Loved our stay here!!

Great location and beautiful house!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home just steps from Hendry’s Beach! The location is unbeatable—quiet, walkable, and close to the ocean. The house itself was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the outdoor space—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape!

Family Vacation

We came together as a family to spend time together and this property fit the bill. So much to do on the property and within close proximity. Everyone had a good time of fun and relaxation. Enough space for 6 adults and 4 kids, no problems. We thought the pool being heated was included (not extra $), but it worked out since the weather was warm and kept the pool at a pleasing temperature. The trampoline was an added pleasant surprise since we didn't see it mentioned in the online listing. But the local tax is a heavy hit on top of an already pricey property. Sadly, this will keep us from coming back to SB on a short-term rental.
