"This hotel is beautiful! It is beautifully decorated. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The hotel is in the center of everything, right next to restaurants and stores and within walking distance of museums and parks. The rooftop bar with a pool is a wonderful bonus. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it."

"City centre and close to many cafes, restaurants and plazas. Easy check-in, exceptionally helpful staff. Room was huge and well furnished. I was here on business for 2 nights and would recommend."

"Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room)."

"I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."

"The hotel is basic a literally a room, reception is via another hotel a few doors up, convenient for shops and transport links. I made the mistake of assuming air conditioning was available but there isn’t any and it isn’t advertised as an amenity so the room was too hot for me. As a suggestion, a fan would be an option."

"This is a fantastic find! Staff and other guests are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and treat you like family. The property itself is well loved but well maintained. My only complaints are beds were squeaky and the front door was a little difficult to find. But otherwise, amazing stay!"

"Beautiful property in the center of town close to park and waterfront as well as shopping district. Staff were excellent from front desk, rooms, dining area with wonderful breakfast daily. The dinner restaurant was also excellent and the staff superb. Our rooms, adjoining, were newly appointed and beautifully modern and quiet. "Had a great time at the villa. Villa has loads of space . Not ideal with amount of stairs to the property but when you see the view its all worth it. We enjoyed the area as we had a car to get into santa cruz (15/20min drive) but we enjoyed walks around the village and along to the beach."
