"Beautiful hillside home with lake views! We rented this property for a group of 15 people for three nights and had a wonderful time. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was very nice and quick to heat up. The sauna/steam room was amazing to relax in. We partied here and it was nice to have some space from other properties so we had some privacy and were able to be louder than normal with not having other properties right next door. The staff Sebastian and Luisa were amazing and very helpful....

"This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group. "Unfortunately, my experience with this VRBO rental was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The host was unresponsive from the beginning, leaving me feeling uncertain and uneasy about my upcoming stay. Despite my attempts to reach out, there was no communication whatsoever. Adding to the ordeal, VRBO's customer support proved to be unhelpful and unwilling to assist.
